PCB 鋼網主要有以下幾個因素會影響到(dao)PCB鋼網的品質:

鋼網(stencils)也就是(shi)(shi)SMT模板(ban)(SMT Stencil):它是(shi)(shi)一種SMT專用模具(ju);其主(zhu)要功能是(shi)(shi)幫(bang)助錫膏的(de)沉積;目(mu)的(de)是(shi)(shi)將準確數量的(de)錫膏轉(zhuan)移到空PCB上(shang)的(de)準確位置。

SMT工藝的(de)發展:SMT鋼(gang)網(wang)(SMT模板)還(huan)被(bei)應用(yong)于(yu)膠劑工藝。[1] 2鋼(gang)網(wang)演變 鋼(gang)網(wang)最(zui)(zui)初是(shi)由絲網(wang)制成的(de),因此那時(shi)叫網(wang)板(mask)。開始(shi)是(shi)尼龍(聚脂)網(wang),后來由于(yu)耐用(yong)性的(de)關系,就有鐵絲網(wang)、銅絲網(wang)的(de)出現,最(zui)(zui)后是(shi)不銹鋼(gang)絲網(wang)。但(dan)不論是(shi)什(shen)么材質的(de)絲網(wang),均有成型不好(hao)、精(jing)度不高的(de)缺點(dian)。

 1、化(hua)學蝕刻(ke)法(fa)(chemical etch) 工(gong)藝流程:數據(ju)文件PCB→菲林(lin)制(zhi)作(zuo)→曝(pu)光(guang)→顯(xian)影→蝕刻(ke)→鋼片(pian)清洗(xi)→張 特點:一次(ci)成型,速度較(jiao)(jiao)快(kuai)點;價格便宜。 缺點:易形(xing)成沙漏形(xing)狀(蝕刻(ke)不夠)或開(kai)口尺(chi)寸變大(da)(過度蝕刻(ke));客(ke)觀因素(經驗、藥劑、菲林(lin))影響大(da),制(zhi)作(zuo)環節較(jiao)(jiao)多(duo),累積誤差較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),不適(shi)合fine pitch鋼網制(zhi)作(zuo)法(fa);制(zhi)作(zuo)過程有(you)污染,不利(li)于(yu)環保。 

2、激(ji)光切割法(laser cutting) 工藝流程(cheng):菲林(lin)制作PCB→取坐標→數(shu)據文(wen)件→數(shu)據處理→激(ji)光切割→打磨→張網 特(te)點:數(shu)據制作精(jing)度高,客觀因素影(ying)響小(xiao);梯形開(kai)口利(li)于脫模;可做精(jing)密(mi)切割;價格(ge)適中(zhong)。 缺點:逐個(ge)切割,制作速度較慢。 

3、電鑄成型法(electroform) 工藝(yi)流程(cheng):基板上涂感光膜→曝光→顯影→電鑄鎳→成型→鋼(gang)片(pian)清洗(xi)→張網(wang)(wang)(wang) 特點:孔壁(bi)光滑(hua),特別適合超細間(jian)距(ju)鋼(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作法。 缺點:工藝(yi)較(jiao)難(nan)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作過程(cheng)有(you)污染,不利于環保(bao);制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作周(zhou)期長且(qie)價格太高。 5開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)設計 鋼(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)設計應(ying)考慮錫膏的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)脫模性,它(ta)由三(san)個因(yin)(yin)素決定(ding): ①開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寬(kuan)厚比(bi)(bi)/面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比(bi)(bi);②開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)側壁(bi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幾何形狀(zhuang);③孔壁(bi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)光潔度(du)。 三(san)個因(yin)(yin)素中(zhong),后(hou)兩個因(yin)(yin)素同鋼(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造技(ji)術(shu)決定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),前(qian)一(yi)個我們(men)考慮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)更多。 因(yin)(yin)為激光鋼(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)很好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)性價比(bi)(bi),所以這里(li)我們(men)重(zhong)點探(tan)討激光鋼(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)設計。 首先,我們(men)認識寬(kuan)厚比(bi)(bi)和面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比(bi)(bi): 寬(kuan)厚比(bi)(bi):開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)寬(kuan)與鋼(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)厚度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)率。 面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比(bi)(bi):開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)與孔壁(bi)橫截面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)率,如下(xia)圖示(shi): 一(yi)般地說(shuo),要獲得好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)脫模效(xiao)果,寬(kuan)厚比(bi)(bi)應(ying)大于1.5,面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比(bi)(bi)應(ying)大于0.66。 什么(me)時(shi)(shi)候考慮寬(kuan)厚比(bi)(bi),什么(me)時(shi)(shi)候考慮面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比(bi)(bi)呢(ni)?通常,如果開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)長度(du)沒有(you)達到寬(kuan)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)5倍時(shi)(shi),應(ying)考慮用面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比(bi)(bi)來預(yu)測錫膏的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)脫模,其(qi)它(ta)情況(kuang)考慮寬(kuan)厚比(bi)(bi)。 以下(xia)是(shi)一(yi)些元件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)范例(li):

當然,對(dui)鋼(gang)網(wang)進行開(kai)(kai)口(kou)設計(ji)時,不能(neng)一(yi)味地追求(qiu)寬(kuan)厚比(bi)或面(mian)積比(bi)而忽略(lve)了其它(ta)工藝(yi)問題(ti),如連(lian)錫(xi),多錫(xi)等。 另外,對(dui)于0603(1608)以上的(de)片(pian)狀元件,我們應該更多地去考慮怎樣防(fang)錫(xi)珠。 以上主要(yao)講了錫(xi)膏(gao)工藝(yi)鋼(gang)網(wang)的(de)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)設計(ji),下面(mian)我們來簡單介(jie)紹一(yi)下膠水工藝(yi)鋼(gang)網(wang)(SMT模板(ban))的(de)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)設計(ji): 膠水因其特性(xing)的(de)緣(yuan)故,開(kai)(kai)口(kou)設計(ji)經驗值很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao)。 印膠鋼(gang)網(wang)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)一(yi)般開(kai)(kai)成長條(tiao)形或圓孔;非MARK點定位時應開(kai)(kai)兩個定位孔。 備(bei)注:1、長條(tiao)形的(de)寬(kuan)度W應為:0.3mm≤W≤2.0mm 2、圓孔的(de)直徑為:

印膠鋼網(wang)(wang)的(de)厚度一般選(xuan)擇0.15 mm~0.2mm 鋼網(wang)(wang)(SMT模板)開口設計(ji)小技巧(qiao):

 1、細間距IC/QFP,為防止應力(li)集中,最好兩(liang)頭(tou)圓角;開方形孔的BGA及0402、0201件也(ye)一樣子。 

2、片(pian)狀元件的(de)防錫(xi)珠(zhu)開法最(zui)好選擇內凹開法,這(zhe)樣可(ke)以有效地(di)預(yu)防元件墓碑。 

3、鋼網設計時(shi),開口寬度應至(zhi)少保證4顆最大(da)錫球能順暢通過。 

4、后(hou)(hou)處理(li)(li) 蝕刻及電鑄鋼(gang)(gang)網(wang)一般(ban)不做后(hou)(hou)處理(li)(li),這里講(jiang)的鋼(gang)(gang)網(wang)后(hou)(hou)處理(li)(li)主(zhu)要(yao)針對(dui)激光鋼(gang)(gang)網(wang)而言(yan)。 因激光切(qie)割后(hou)(hou)會產(chan)生金屬(shu)熔(rong)渣(zha)附著于也壁及開口處,所以(yi)一般(ban)要(yao)進(jin)行表面打磨(mo);當然,打磨(mo)也不僅僅是除去熔(rong)渣(zha)(毛(mao)刺),它(ta)同時(shi)也是對(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)表面進(jin)行粗化處理(li)(li),增(zeng)加表面摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li),以(yi)利錫膏滾動,達到良好的下錫效果。 有必要(yao)地話,還可以(yi)選擇“電拋光”,對(dui)完全(quan)除熔(rong)渣(zha)(毛(mao)刺)改善孔壁。 

5、清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi) SMT鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)前(qian)、中、后(hou)、都(dou)要(yao)進行清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(一(yi)(yi)般都(dou)是用(yong)(yong)(yong)SMT鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)): 在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)前(qian)應抹拭(shi); 在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)過程(cheng)(cheng)中也要(yao)定期擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)底(di)部(bu),以(yi)保持鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)脫模順暢; 使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)后(hou)更要(yao)及時(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang),以(yi)便下次(ci)還能(neng)得(de)到同樣好的(de)(de)(de)脫模效(xiao)果。 鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)方(fang)式一(yi)(yi)般有擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)和(he)(he)超聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi): 擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi) 用(yong)(yong)(yong)預先(xian)浸泡了清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)潔劑的(de)(de)(de)不起毛抹布(或專(zhuan)(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)紙(zhi)(zhi))去(qu)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang),以(yi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)除固(gu)化的(de)(de)(de)錫膏(gao)或膠劑。 特點是方(fang)便、不受時(shi)間(jian)限(xian)制、成(cheng)本(ben)低; 缺點是能(neng)不徹(che)底(di)地清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)浩鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang),尤其是密間(jian)距鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)。 另(ling)外(wai),有些(xie)印刷機(ji)帶有自(zi)動擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)功能(neng),可設定印了幾(ji)次(ci)后(hou)自(zi)動擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)底(di)部(bu)。這個(ge)過程(cheng)(cheng)也是用(yong)(yong)(yong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)拭(shi)紙(zhi)(zhi),而且(qie)動作前(qian)機(ji)器會先(xian)噴射清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)潔劑在(zai)(zai)紙(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。 超聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi) 超聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)主要(yao)有浸泡式和(he)(he)噴霧(wu)式兩種(zhong),還有一(yi)(yi)些(xie)廠家(jia)用(yong)(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)半自(zi)動式的(de)(de)(de)超聲(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)。 清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)劑的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)擇 理想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)劑必須(xu)是實用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)、有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)、以(yi)及對人和(he)(he)環境都(dou)安全的(de)(de)(de),同時(shi)它還必須(xu)能(neng)夠很好地清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)除鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)錫膏(gao)(膠劑)。現在(zai)(zai)有專(zhuan)(zhuan)門的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)劑,但它可能(neng)會鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)洗(xi)(xi)脫,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi)應慎重(zhong)。若無特別要(yao)求,可用(yong)(yong)(yong)酒精或去(qu)離子(zi)水代替鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)專(zhuan)(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)潔劑。 


使用 SMT鋼網是一個“嬌氣”的精密模具,因(yin)此,使用時應(ying)注意: 

1、輕拿輕放; 2、使用前應先清洗(抹拭)鋼網,以去除運輸過程攜帶的污物; 3、錫膏或紅膠要攪拌均勻,以免堵塞開孔明; 4、印刷壓力調到最佳:以刮刀剛好能刮盡鋼網上的錫膏(紅膠)時的壓力最好 5、印刷時最好使用貼板印刷; 6、刮刀行程走完后,可能地話,最好停2~3秒再脫模,且脫模速度不宜過快; 7、不可用硬物或鋒利的刀具撞擊鋼網; 8、鋼網用完后應及時清洗干凈,并回包裝箱,置于專用儲藏架上。 


品質影(ying)響(xiang) 

主要有(you)以下幾個因素會影響到鋼網(wang)的(de)品質(zhi):

1、制作工藝(yi) 前面我們有探(tan)討鋼網的制作工藝(yi),可(ke)以知道,最(zui)好的工藝(yi)應當(dang)是(shi)激光(guang)切割后做電拋(pao)光(guang)處理(li)。化學蝕刻及電鑄都存在做壽 菲林、曝(pu)光(guang)、顯影(ying)(ying)等(deng)較易產(chan)生誤差的工藝(yi),而且電鑄還受(shou)基板不平的影(ying)(ying)響。

2、使用的材料 包括網(wang)框、絲網(wang)、鋼片、粘接膠(jiao)等。網(wang)框必(bi)須能承受一定程序的接力(li)且有很好(hao)地水平度;絲網(wang)最好(hao)用聚脂網(wang),它能夠(gou)長(chang)時間保持張(zhang)力(li)穩定;鋼片最好(hao)用304號,且亞光(guang)的會比鏡(jing)面的更加利于錫膏(膠(jiao)劑(ji))滾動;粘接膠(jiao)必(bi)須強度足(zu)夠(gou)且能耐一定的腐蝕。 

3、開口設計 開口設計的好壞(huai)對鋼(gang)網品質影響(xiang)最大。前面探(tan)討(tao)過,開口設計應考慮制作工藝(yi),寬厚(hou)比、面積(ji)比、經(jing)驗值等。 

4、制(zhi)作資(zi)(zi)料(liao) 制(zhi)作資(zi)(zi)料(liao)的完整(zheng)與否,也會(hui)影響到鋼網品質。資(zi)(zi)料(liao)越(yue)(yue)全越(yue)(yue)好(hao)。同(tong)時,資(zi)(zi)料(liao)并存(cun)時應明確(que)以(yi)哪(na)個為準。還有,一般來講以(yi)數據文件制(zhi)作鋼網可盡可能減少誤差。 

5、使用方(fang)法 正確地印(yin)刷方(fang)法能使鋼(gang)網品質得到保持,反之(zhi),不正確地印(yin)刷方(fang)法如壓力(li)過大(da)、印(yin)刷時鋼(gang)網或PCB不水平等,均會使鋼(gang)網受(shou)到損壞。 

6、清(qing)洗 錫膏(gao)(膠劑)比較容易固化,若不(bu)及(ji)時清(qing)洗會堵塞鋼網開口,下次印刷將(jiang)產生困難。因此,鋼網由機器上(shang)取(qu)下后或者(zhe)在印刷機上(shang)1小時不(bu)印刷錫膏(gao)應(ying)及(ji)時清(qing)洗干(gan)凈。 

7、儲存 鋼(gang)(gang)網(wang)應用(yong)特定(ding)的儲存場所,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)隨意(yi)亂放(fang),這樣可以避免鋼(gang)(gang)網(wang)受到(dao)意(yi)外傷害。同時,鋼(gang)(gang)網(wang)不(bu)(bu)要疊放(fang)在(zai)一起,這樣即不(bu)(bu)好拿又可能(neng)(neng)把網(wang)框壓彎。
